Hair and Trains.

As promised, I visited the hairdressers yesterday at 3:30pm. 4 hours later I emerged, stunningly sexy but in desperate need of a wee. FOUR BLUMMIN HOURS!? I suppose you get your money's worth! So now my hair is bright red and it's too damn cool! People in the street are staring at me, and I know why (or at least now I have something to blame). I walked past a couple of young men and one of them started saying "wakka wakka wakka!", then his friend joined in; I've got no idea what it means, or even if it's good or bad, but it made me laugh. Someone else said "WOAH look at that hair!" then a mate replied and the group laughed, but I didn't hear, so I kinda missed the joke.

Other news in the world of me is that I went to the train station and spent possibly about half an hour making a big queue, to buy my train tickets for this summer's tour. 12 destinations, but probably changing that a little bit, depending on how certain things are arranged... plus I'll be changing at stations and waiting for a couple of hours for connecting trains, that counts as practically a visit!

Now I'm going to stop staring at my hair and sit with my feet out of my window again. I'll start to make a list of essentials for my trip.
